		<description><![CDATA[You can further limit down the time this photo was taken because that woodframe structure is still standing. The Liberty Building was built between 1918-1919 and the lot was vacant for some time before that, because that vacant lot was where they used to sell Liberty Bonds during WWI (thus where the Liberty Building got its name). I&#039;m not sure when they the lot would have first been vacant, but I&#039;m guessing 1917 or a couple years earlier. So the picture would have been taken between 1908 and 1917, by my estimate.]]></description>
